1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Visalingua platform. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental consent. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

An account with an email and password is required to use the platform.

3.2 Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

3.3 Prohibited Actions

You may not:

• Share your account or login credentials.
• Use one account for multiple individuals.
• Copy, download, or reuse platform content outside Visalingua.
• Publish, distribute, or export topics, recordings, answers or AI-generated content outside the platform.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Model

Subscriptions provide access for 1, 2, or 3 months. They are currently one-time purchases, but auto-renewal may be introduced in the future.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle. Visalingua does not store or process any payment card information.

4.3 Pricing

Prices may change at any time but do not affect existing active subscriptions.

5. Use of the Platform

5.1 User Content

You may create topics, answers, recordings, and use AI tools. Raw audio and transcripts are stored to provide the service.

5.2 Content Licence

You grant Visalingua a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your content for service provision, platform improvement, and anonymised research.

6. Service Availability

We aim for continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. No Guarantee of Exam Results

Visalingua tools do not guarantee success in any external or official exams.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform materials are owned by Gricore Ltd. or its licensors. You may only use content within the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misuse.

10. Liability

Visalingua is not liable for exam outcomes, user content, or third-party interruptions. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
